Posting obscene, vulgar, or offensive content

5 User Generated Content

By posting content on Moim, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us rights to use it for operating and improving the Service.

6 Offline Meetings Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from:

Attendance at offline gatherings organized through the Service
Interactions between users in person
Any activities that occur outside the digital platform

Users participate in offline meetings at their own risk. Always prioritize personal safety.

7 Community Board

The Company does not verify the accuracy of posts on community boards and is not responsible for:

The truthfulness of user-posted information
Transactions between users
Disputes arising from community board interactions

8 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the community or Service.
