Heyjaws ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") takes the privacy of the users ("User," "you," or "member") of our Service, Moim, very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

1. What Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Account Creation and Profile Information: Nickname, email address, password, profile picture, interests, self-introduction, etc.
Content Information: Posts, photos, videos, and comments you publish in a Moim or on the neighborhood community board.
Customer Support Information: Your email address and the content of your inquiry when you contact us.
b. Information Collected Automatically During Service Use
Location Information: We may collect your approximate or precise location data through your device's GPS or IP address to provide location-based services. You can control access to your location information through your device settings.
Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS), advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Service Usage Logs: Service access records, usage time, app usage frequency, Moim participation history, viewed posts, search queries, etc.
2. Legal Basis and Purposes for Using Your Information
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds and for the following purposes:
To provide the Service (Performance of a Contract): We use your information to provide our core features, such as creating and joining Moims, posting content, and managing your account.
With Your Consent: We may process certain information, such as precise location data or for sending marketing communications, based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
For our Legitimate Interests: We process data for purposes like preventing fraud, improving our service, performing statistical analysis, and providing customer support, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: We may process your information to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
Information Shared Within the Service: Your profile information and content are visible to other users as a core function of the service.

Language of this Policy: This Privacy Policy may be issued in both English and Malay. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English version and the Malay version, the English version shall prevail.
